Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy governs the shipment of products purchased through zenddog.com ("the Site"), operated by ZenDog ("we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order on the Site, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth in this policy.

1. Order Processing All orders are subject to verification and acceptance. Upon receipt of a confirmed order, we will process your shipment within one (1) to two (2) business days. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays observed in the United States. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

We reserve the right to delay or cancel any order if we suspect fraudulent activity, if payment cannot be verified, or if the product is out of stock. In such cases, you will be notified promptly and any payment collected will be refunded in full.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

All orders include complimentary standard shipping. No minimum purchase is required. Estimated delivery times are as follows and are calculated from the date of shipment, not the date of order:

  • United States: Four (4) to seven (14) business days.
  • Canada: Seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days.
  • Australia: Six (6) to ten (14) business days.
  • International: Ten (10) to twenty-one (21) business days, subject to destination country and customs processing times.

These delivery estimates are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed. ZenDog shall not be held liable for delays caused by carrier disruptions, weather events, customs holds, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

3. Order Tracking

Upon shipment, a confirmation email containing a tracking number will be sent to the email address associated with your order. It is your responsibility to monitor your shipment using the tracking information provided. ZenDog is not responsible for delays in tracking updates caused by the carrier.

4. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For shipments to destinations outside the United States, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, tariffs, or customs fees levied by the government of the destination country. These charges are solely the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost. ZenDog has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend consulting your local customs authority prior to placing an international order.

Any refusal to pay customs charges resulting in the return of a package to our facility may result in deductions from any refund issued to cover return shipping and handling costs incurred by ZenDog.

5. Shipping Restrictions

We ship to most countries worldwide as indicated during the checkout process. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarding services. If your address cannot be verified or is deemed undeliverable by our carrier, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.

6. Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss for all products pass to you upon delivery of the product to the carrier. While we will make reasonable efforts to assist you in resolving issues with lost or damaged shipments, ZenDog shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage that occurs after the product has been tendered to the shipping carrier.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, or if your package arrives damaged, please contact us through the Contact page at zenddog.com/pages/contact or by email at info@zenddog.com within fourteen (14) days of the expected delivery date. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier. Resolution may include reshipment or refund at our sole discretion, pending the outcome of the carrier investigation. ZenDog reserves the right to require photographic evidence of damage before processing any claim.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. ZenDog is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we may reship the order at your expense or issue a refund less any shipping and handling costs incurred.
